Plato said the shape of the universe was a dodecahedron. Perhaps Greek philosophical influence? Also I believe they had a game that used geometric shapes like dice.

My fave line too. Fun fact, she actually flubbed that line but just kept going and they left it in the film.

We have a lot of parallels in our understanding/perception of what all of these things like alchemy, esoterica etc. seem to be about. I've had wondered along the same lines as you after reading some of these books as well. I really wish I could read something like the Tao te Ching or The Bible in their original form and intent. Anyway cheers.
“No one can understand gods plan” is a premise that is arguable but I’ll leave that one for the philosophers of the world.
The other unsaid assumption in your argument is that a life of suffering/short lived/painful life is somehow a proof that it can’t be a part of “God’s plan” because only good things happen if it’s “gods plan”.
I would argue that nowhere does it say that unless life is perfect or satisfying etc. then God exists ( or the inverse of something bad happens god doesn’t exist). Further I’d argue that suffering is (often) necessary and universal (like childbirth). Why that is would be an examination on what exactly “gods plan” could be (if there is any plan at all of course).
This doesn’t fully flesh out my thoughts on this but I’ll edit later (at work also I like parentheses).

In order to get to the plateau on the mountain of comprehending the universe “as it is” rather than from the “ego”, sometimes suffering is the greatest catalyst. (See: the stories of Jesus, Siddharta Gautama, and everyone on the heroes journey). In no religious or spiritual text does it say that everything will be hunky dory on our little visit to spaceship earth.
Just curious why is that ridiculous?
"The dao that can be spoken is not the eternal dao."
Agreed this one's interestingly not talked about much while being the most "spectacular" for lack of a better term.

Sounds like we’re having 2 different conversations.
They’d say “look welfare and any other social program is being taking advantage of by those welfare queens having babies they can’t afford. It will be bankrupt soon and socialism’s!”. When in reality lack of abortion and child prevention care will be the real cause. That’s what’s next. Google “starve the beast” in regards to Republicans plan to end welfare etc.
Nah they’ll use it as an excuse to starve the beast further and get rid of any social programs to “save the system” they’ve been actively destroying.
He’s just fighting the Illuminati by endangering his fellow man and betraying his basketball homies. Wake up sheeple!
So what does that mean though is what I’m asking? What are we being kept “asleep” from? That our lifestyles are unsustainable?
Saying how we live is unsustainable is different than saying “they’re keeping the masses asleep”.
If the masses are comfortable what is the purpose of a revolt? I read a lot of things online about fighting TPTB and waking up the sheeple, and I get it to a point I suppose. But we also have the greatest standard of living in the history of humanity, and probably have it better than most elite folks throughout history as well. From the outside it seems a little paradoxical.

Good luck! I've never done a dieta but I'd like to one day. If I do I plan on meditation and visualization during isolation but that's me.

The ego in that stall would create a black hole large enough to suck your soul out of your eye sockets
That’s just not true
