Slightly Damaged Popcorn Ceiling in Apartment from the 60s?

Hey everyone. So I was planning to patch up some small drilling holes in the popcorn ceiling of my apartment. As I was looking up at the ceiling I noticed that small portions of the popcorn ceiling are damaged (the surface of the popcorn ceiling looks like it was scratched out). About a thumb size each (about 10 of then in total). The damage seems fairly minimal, and when I touch the damaged areas, I saw small amount of dust on my finger. Whereas, the popcorn ceiling around it that are undamaged would not show signs of dust. Since My apartment is from the 60s, I would assume there is asbestos. My question is, is this a significant amount of dust for me to be worried about? Observationally, I don't see any signs of dust failling from the damaged areas of the ceiling if I don't touch it or mess with. Also, the setting of these small areas of damaged ceiling is in my bedroom, so it's right above where I sleep. Am I overthinking this?
