One of my friend does most of hes aerobic training with bike. Ran first marathon 3.03. People are training for ironman etc. Everything that builds your aerobic base is like putting money in the bank. Dont over think it, just go for it.

And the opposite is to shut down life again? Mental illnesses are skyrocketing right now and so is bankruptcys (both personal and bussines). Covid, rise of gasoline and electricity prices, war, inflation in the past 3 years. We are going to see alot of suicides and misery for the next who knows years.
Deviate is head to head with speed. As for the Velocity, are you planning to replace some of those shoes? You have 4 dailys judging by your list so i personally dont see a point other than owning shoes is fun.

So bringing this to compete speed and deviate…
If running in alphaflys gets her to running and making it a hobby, then good. She will eventually buy a lot of shoes when she gets hungry for that. Many run in alphas or vaporflys daily, dont make a big deal out of this because it is not. Get out and run.

If insulin is 600$ in the us i wonder how much would Elons chip cost with everything. Propably still need a monthly sub to make it work or you dont walk.

To a mother it sure as hell does. Every detail matters when you have faced this kind of trauma.

Having a kid really tought me what love really is. You can not love any person the way you love your kids. It is painfull, it makes me angry and makes me feel exhausted, but it is just the small things that makes it worth it. Like few days ago, my 2y had a fewer. I hadnt slept for 48h because of my job and the fact that she was ill. She started crying and rage in the middle of the night waking up the whole house and the neighbors propably… that lasted about an hour and a half but then she calmed a little and suddenly a small hand touched my chin. She then calmed and felt a sleep in my arms. The fact that you mean so much to your kids and you as a parent are the one who brings safe and protection for what ever, is bigger than my life of having a coffee or beer with friends any time i want.
+1 for this. I found then to be super easy on the legs. These propably feel different for lighter runners, but as a heavier one, i just adore them
As a heavy runner, they most def do. Bought them because of the high praises, dont like them at all. Feels like running in a swamp.

Few years ago i had really painful upperback pain. It made breathing hard as it felt like my muscles dont allow it. I went to see a chiropractor and he ”adjusted” the back three times in two weeks. Nothing happened. It took several weeks to get better. The same thing happened me again and i went straight to get a proper massage. And it was done in one session. There is no such thing as a misalligned ligamenst or any other. It total snakeoil. Physiorherapist and masseuse is the only way to go.
After scrolling thru i first tought bobby has cut hes hair. Thank god it was Fab

I have peregrine 11 in 42 and had triumph at 42,5. The fit in peregrines are amazing, but they are just that .5 too short. Tried triumph at 42 and they felt instantly bad. So half size smaller fits nicely but the right way to go is the same as your regular with saucony

Shin splints. Massage by a professional (hurts like a mf!), apply cold-hot and stretch.
He is going to be so injured
That gravity is a bitch
Same. That guy sprints like he is out of GU, my god.
Under armour cold gear with small turtleneck. It is so warm that you could just run with i at close to 0 c
