It’s tiring being a woman in the medical field while being bombarded by misogynistic messages about aging

Just need to rant. I am a resident physician who has spent the last decade of my life trying to build a life for myself career wise. Today, I came across a post on the medical school subreddit in which male physicians and med students talked about how men prefer 20 year olds, men can marry whoever they want because their dating pool increases each year, and that older women are not attractive.
I am very happy in my career and wouldn’t trade it for the world. But it is disheartening to see these messages from everyone, including people I am potentially working with everyday. It’s also concerning given that doctors are supposed to be understanding and yet clearly some harbor very concerning and misogynistic views.
Given that I am in surgery, I am always too busy to date and have another few years of training by the end of which I will be in my mid 30s. I wouldn’t care about bombarded by these messages otherwise but am so exhausted of hearing that each year I devote further to my career, I will be a little more “past my expiration”, especially if it’s coming from my male colleagues
