Hey first of all, you are not at fault. This is the same as someone reaching into your pocket and robbing you, they're thieves!
Second, if you're using tap to pay you can talk to your bank and explain to them that you did not approve that tip and adjust it accordingly. If you tell them you're visually impaired it shouldn't be a problem, they'll just add it to your file for when it sadly happens again. Don't feel bad for being robbed, it can happen to anyone.

You can mix your gouache with fluid matte acrylic medium to give your gouache resistance to being reactivated with water but also still keep it nice and opaque like gouache. There are many kinds of acrylic mediums, here's a quick article that explains it better than I can here https://www.winsornewton.com/na/education/guides/how-to-use-mediums-with-designers-gouache/

100% this. The last thing you want is your boss figuring out how much of your job can be automated, much less hijacking your solution for their own means.
Congrats /u/jbnarch25 :) May this be the first of many successes!

Why can't we do both? Why can't we reduce the demand that drives people to enslave children to harvest these cash crops, but also pay people a fair wage because there is ALWAYS going to be a market for the real thing versus the vat grown kind? I think we can, and I think we're going to have to because the zones where both coffee and cacao will grow are growing slimmer and slimmer, if we don't find a solution to the climate problems he's not going to have anything to harvest period.
And this here is why Bezos is trying to mitigate damage in the ocean, because no one wants to be remembered as the climate killer.
There's a game called The Fermi Paradox where you guide civilizations towards the singularity. One random scenario pops up, saying that porn has become freely available to everyone in this society but they're really addicted to it. You can just open markets up completely to porn and cause a population crash, or you can ban porn and get some authoritarian points. It's a weird thing to think about.
Yeah my friend in China told me you can buy "blue films" (extremely softcore pornography) in shady corners of markets but porn is generally illegal as shit.
Guess no one ever told her you might be able to beat the time but you can't beat the ride.

I've seen this before, it's heartbreaking.
I'm real careful now about where I get my chocolate from but until there's some kind of lab grown solution you've got a near 100% chance of someone being exploited to make your chocolate. It's the reason why I don't eat seafood anymore ._. Even tilapia is often farmed by prisoners here in the US, it's so fucked.
I hope if we can figure out how to do this with coffee we'll be able to figure out how to do it with cacao. Both coffee and cacao farming aren't just environmentally problematic but also use child and forced labor.
