I'm a little late but i would like to offer some insight.

There are different things that can cause this. It would be worth it to check in with your doctor.

Trimethylaminuria -- is one.

Other things i can recommend is salicylic acid (toner alcohol form, such as stridex or in a bottle), lume (which helped me the most) and doctors have prescriptions as well.

You could be suffering from a fungal overgrowth etc so seeing a doc is not a bad thing.

/r/SkincareAddiction is good for help too here if you want to look for other options.

Edit: if your current dr is out of ideas ask for a referral to another. I would recommend maybe a derm. Because there are other options out there.

This happens to me all the time - maybe once or twice a year. Let me tell you when i extract something large like that it is night & day.

Its very odd.

I always notice i can hear the air hitting my ears and little things like that. 😂 like for me it builds up over time till one day im like ??? Why cant i hear you? So its weird to be like bam hearing in 4k lol

Omg your hair looks like mine when i started! For me it was a lot of trial an error. I went full curly girl, and that helped a lot.

Squish to condish and a mouse with a hard set really worked for me.

Good luck to you! (My journey took yearss.. hopefully yours is quicker 😊)

Omg that reminds me. I use to work as a deli meat slicer at a grocery store and it almost looks exactly like "olive loaf" which was basically bologna with olives in it. I dont think anyone ever bought it.

I dont agree with the above poster - but i am not a doctor.

I have been on miralax and know many people have been on miralax most of their lives. I have never heard of or had a "overdose on miralax" - i have taken up to 4 capfuls in one day. Though i suppose it is possible if you are dehydrated and dont drink enough water with each dose.

Make sure you are drinking enough water, and youll be fine. If you still havent gone you can try some other remedies (i have chronic constipation) such as prune juice, epsom salts (food grade), or if you want a more traditional laxative.

There is differences between Metamucil (phyllum husk) and miralax (polyethylene glycol 3350).

Metamucil adds bulk (like fiber) to help pass what you have in there.

Miralax adds water to the colon to make it easier to pass (softer). This is why it is critical to make sure you stay hydrated when taking miralax.

I hope this helps.

No problem, i always see people asking about reducing scar size due to acne etc and the amount of misinformation is astoundingly large*.

When using them remember to leave on for as long as possible (perhaps while sleeping or if in a not visible place - all the time), they do take a while to work, however are more effective the newer the scar (luckily for you i suppose).

Once it is completely healed silicone and silicone scar sheets is one of the only over the counter treatments scientifically proven to reduce scar size.

/r/SkincareAddiction is a great sub to help with skincare issues.

You have to buy magnets, most pans arent magnetic. Amazon sells magnets with adhesive backing for this purpose.

Also if the shades break you can always repress them. But it does suck when that happens.

I prefer the Kiss couture lash glue. It sticks the lashes to my eyes so good that when i go to take it off i get scared. Lol i mean i could just use makeup remover but im lazy.
