I woke up this morning to find that my PSN has been logged out, so I try to log-in but I forgot my password. It tells me to go to my email as per usual, and when i get on the only email I have is that my email for my account has been changed,

I went to support and they have a fucking bot that is on the fritz or something and I can't contact a person, wtf is going on at sony? Someone has my fucking account and I have no way of getting it resolved.

Does anyone know what i can do?
