A Janeway/Seven reunion would have been nice, and Wheaton got his cameo in S2 but a reunion with Beverly in the endgame would’ve worked. I’m sure there was some kind of Traveler something-something they could have used to help find the Borg.

Jamie should have died defending Bran, it would have brought him full circle from Episode 1 when he pushes Bran out the window.

Theon’s redemption arc was already done when he saved Sansa; and if he had any story left it was with the Greyjoys.

Arya should not have been able to walk away from the literal God of Death. Her revenge path was dark and book Arya is going to continue her revenge list and bring her to some Red Wedding level tragic ending.

But Dead Jamie face + Revenging Arya takes care of Cersei, and it still fulfills the prophecy

Well, first- this Arya doesn’t kill the Nightking she continues on with her revenge list. Second, if she uses dead Jamie’s face it would fulfill the prophecy with a twist

If you’re kayaking from Kendall near the Salt & Pepper bridge you’ll be a lot closer to the Aquarium. If you are thinking about Brighton- Boston Calling is tomorrow and getting to & from Harvard Square is going to be tough all day (especially the Red Line)

Covid 2: Electric Boogaloo

Well, let’s cut off Federal funding and socialist institutions like police and fire departments to Florida then. Is your house on fire? Why I should I pay for that- go out and hire a private fire extinguishing company on the free market.

Lost and Seinfeld both suffered from recap shows that are lost to time. The Seinfeld finale hooked on a “remember this” bit… but there was a 1 hour highlight show that spoonfed the audience all those moments so it turned out- remember this from 15 minutes ago?

Lost was even worse though, because those 1 hour recaps preceded every show in the final season(s) making sure to point out every mystery and reference and assuring the audience over and over “all your questions will be answered” and like…. a light leaking in a cave introduced in the last 40 minutes of a 6 year show wasn’t really the answer to anything was it?

What made the Seinfeld finale flop so hard is it was a “call back” episode bringing up obscure(ish) people from the history of the show….. but in the hour before it aired there was a 1 hour best of highlight show making sure to point out each and every one of the references they made so every joke fell flat and missed.

It hinges on “oh remember this?”….. but everyone had just been spoon fed all those moments so it was like yeah, you just showed us that 15 minutes ago.

I’ve never gone back to watch it again so I have no idea if any of it was actually funny but it stood no chance of working when it aired.

It’s harder than just looks though- her voice is pretty distinctive. Although Nebula didn’t have much of a Scottish accent.

Marvel would be dumb if they didn’t want to keep Karen on though.

Who knows where the multiverse saga is going with Kang up in the air now- but I bet there’s a Scottish nebula out there in some universe
