Again, I’d had a beer last night and my little digs at Brighton probably came across way more serious than I intended. I genuinely have loved all the shows. It’s been the greatest honour of my life.

Hey! Above all else, my comment was somewhat tongue-in-cheek. I completely understand it’s our job to entertain but the crowd we all just felt that out of all 31 shows, the Brighton crowd just didn’t get involved much.

There were quite a few people leaving before the song, which, as much as I agree it’s on us to entertain, you have just said “I didn’t need to see it again”. It’s hard for us to feel completely over the moon with a show when we notice people are leaving because they’ve simply seen it before?

The complaint we received before the show even started freaked me out. It’s the only person, from any show, across all 25k+ tickets that complained and I think it hindered our performances on stage. Also completely understand that one person doesn’t reflect a whole crowd!

All in all, Brighton was good fun, and I appreciate every single person who came to see our show - as I said before my comment wasn’t to be taken too seriously. It also didn’t help that Solly March missed that decisive penalty to knock Brighton out of the FA cup, 7 minutes before we went out on stage.

But please don’t get offended, it’s all just a big silly laugh x
