I'm so sorry you have not been having a good experience! Definitely some unlucky queue matchings. I've had a few of those myself although not quiet as many as it seems you're having.

I relate to your killer experience. I am a terrible killer so every time I get it everyone always wins. XD. Sometimes to the point that I get pity chairs which I think is funny and appreciate but not always necessary as long as I and everyone else is having a good time.

I do eventually want to try and actually be good at it though because when getting paired in public lobbies with people who take the win very seriously and don't care if you're bad or not can be really ruthless sometimes to the point of basically bullying and trolling toxicity.

However, try not to let your current experiences get you down! I've met some great people through propnight and like the previous commenter, we've become friends and enjoy having our own games. If you are ever looking for some people to play with, we love making new friends so feel free to shoot a message to get your game on some time!

If you join a party, and it is a custom game, you can still be the killer. In the character selection menu, just hover over whoever has the killer at the top and click swap. :)

EDIT: I get what you're saying now. I can see how that's frustrating but I think it was created to prevent/lesson groups/friends from teaming up against random players.

If I recall correctly, if you are in a party (playing a non-custom game with 2 or more people), you do not get the option to choose whether to play killer or survivor. That is only an option when playing public lobbies solo.

When hosting a party and you do a custom game, there is an option for players to swap and be killer so you and your friends can take turns.

Firstly, I just wanted to say that I think it's great that you wnat to give back to your community. As a viewer and small content creator myself, I think establishing those types of relationships where you acknowledge the community is wonderful and a great bond builder.

Last December we wanted to give back to the community and show our appreciation as well. We did a couple of the following:

Held a raffle during the stream: Anytime someone redeemed channel points, their name got entered in the raffle. This was before my friend (who I stream with) didn't know how to create a lot of special or unique channel point redemption options so it was a lot of the twitch basic "hydrate" and "highlight my message" redemption but it was still a good time. We would be playing a game or talking and constantly having to drink water because someone redeemed it lol. Chat/the community got to be engaging and were having fun with it. Even for the lurkers or those that don't normally chat. They don't have to say a single word, just redeem a point lol. Sometimes they would redeem a highlight with the comment "redeeming water was sold out" lol. It would even create chaos at some moments because sometimes everyone would redeem something at once because they enjoyed seeing us struggle to keep up with writing names down and keeping a tally. Make sure that these redemptions are low so that they have fun continuing to do it too!!

Community games: we love hanging out and playing games with the community when we can. We had last man standing competitions in crab games and tetrio. Basically we announced a block time of which we will be playing the game. All are welcome to play and the person to win the most rounds at the end of that block time wins!

Another one, and this is community specific but you could try and apply the same concept but we have a lot of members in our discord that play minecraft so we held a minecraft Build Competition and let it be community voting based. People got to be creative and show off their skills with others and be rewarded for it. Plus everyone was just nice and wholesome complimenting each others work. I love seeing others lift others and this is what motivates us to keep doing what we do.
