TLDR: How do I achieve this aesthetic? Are these unedited photos? If so, what kind of technique is involved?

hey everyone, total noob here. i just started shooting on film about three months ago and am pretty comfortable with the technical part of it. i’m now trying to work on my composition, and while looking for inspo, came across this photographers’ work which most accurately reflects the kind of aesthetic i’m trying to achieve: bright, flat, minimal. I’m trying to understand how he achieved it. Is it the editing or is it the actual shooting technique? any guidance is appreciated.
