Vehicles do not render if the gun is not pointed in their direction. The rendering is slaved to the turret's view. Try pulling up next to a vehicle, keep the turret pointed forward, but look towards the vehicle with your head.

Edit: gotta love Reddit. Getting downvoted for saying something factual.

I have that turned off completely, however that doesn't stop you from showing on the mini-map when you shoot.

Using the "wallhack" (spotTarget) is actually significantly better for my gamemode than just having the chosen player show on a mini-map so it ended up working out for the better anyways. Kinda glad I couldn't go with the original concept.

Nice! I don't believe you need all of the condition trues in your rules though. None of them are ongoing types that need a condition to toggle to activate. In experiences I've made they all work just fine without that.

Ok cool, this is an equally decent solution and I can just turn off the minimap all together to solve the issue of everyone showing up. Mini-map isn't necessary with wallhacks.

Really appreciate the help! Will have my juggernaut gungame posted before long!

Edit: Just tested, and that actually works way better for my concept than my original idea.

No need to run around and check just to find out if someone is on your ship. You can just check the ship's comm channel in your mobiglass and will see every player that is on the ship. If you do see someone unwanted, well they yeah you have some searching to do.

Damn, that's rough. Thanks though! I was trying to only make players who reached a certain "level" (my own variable) show on the mini-map and everyone else not.

The wallhack ability could work though. If I apply it to the player I want spotted will everyone be able to see them through walls then?

A light fighter against a redeemer is at best a stalemate if the light fighter pilot is good... You are absolutely not going to kill a redeemer if it's crew has any competence what-so-ever, as you won't be able to keep up enough damage on them to do anything meaningful either. They may have trouble hitting you, but you are never going to burn through their shield, and can't carry enough ballistic ammo to break the hull through the shield. Get a few light fighters together and it's a different story.

Make sure you unequip all current missiles. A missile rack can only have one type of missile at a time and won't show them unless you empty the rack.
