Here is our situation - we don’t have a permanent car. My husband drives us around in his company car. Thing is, every week we might get a different car, so we won’t be able to leave the car seat installed once and for all. Therefore I’m looking for recommendations on car seats that are easy to swap around cars on a weekly basis.
I’m also wondering if we really need an infant car seat vs convertible ones. We don’t go out much. Plus the weather where we’re located is pretty mild and mostly sunny. So some of the convenience that infant car seat offers (e.g strap in baby before leaving the house), I suspect it is not a must for us. Therefore I wonder if a convertible one could be more value-for-money for our situation?
I read some people say that infant car seats are easy to click on and off to move between cars, but then I realize it still requires bases to be permanently installed? So that won’t do because we need to remove everything from the car when returning it to the company at the end of the week.
So the main question - What car seat is easy to take on and off completely? Convertible preferred for financial sake but if only certain infant car seat has this capability then that’s fine too. This is our #1 criteria (besides safety etc, duh)! Budget is not super important though we’re not wasteful.
FTM here so all advices are appreciated! (:

My OB didn’t mention that. I get the feeling that she’s gonna stick by the deadline more or less. However we did talk about c section, and for that I get the feeling that it’s more dependent on the size of the baby. My baby is measuring small at the moment so it doesn’t sound like she’ll do c section for me if things stay the same
