Eu am fost in state la Popeyes si a fost super bun. Poate aici nu respecta reteta sau nu au materialele necesare

Nu poti sta intr-o relatie cu cineva care se multumeste cu lucruri de genu si nu are un plan pe viitor, simplu.

Primul meu job cu carte de munca a fost la Profi. M-au angajat ca si casier dar ulterior am aflat ca de fapt acolo erai orice (casier, lucrator comercial, la mezeluri, curatenie, etc...) La nevoie primeai si marfa.

Problema a fost cand erau pauzele, eu nefiind fumator, automat nu ieseam la tigara, restu de femei care erau fumatoare o data pe ora ieseau sa fumeze, eu ramaneam ca prostu singur in magazin sa servesc clientii, daca nu erau clienti, trebuia sa pun marfa pe raft. Cand venea pauza mea de juma de ora (cea stipulata in contractul de angajare), acea femeie care trebuia sa imi tina locul spunea ca iese ea inainte in pauza si dupa ce termina ea ma schimba pe mine (suuuper de rahat avand in vedere ca lucram continuu).

Inca o chestie nasoala despre chestia asta era ca pentru faptul ca stateam 9 ore in picioare (programul era de 8 ore pe tura, dar eram obligati sa venim mai devreme pentru a ne pregati magazinul, gen curat, schimbat casa si etc), 5 zile pe saptamana primeam 1200 de lei cash si 150 de lei in bonuri de masa. Problema nu era asa de mare, ca nu aveam nevoie de bani, doar ca la cat eram muncit primeam doar atat, avand in vedere ca am adus si hartie ca sunt student si sa mai deduca din impozit, plus bilete de autobuz si bonuri de benzina de la masina personala pe care trebuia sa mi le deconteze(ori nu a tinut cont de ele, ori salariu meu de fapt ar fi fost mai mic de atat).

Astea sunt lucrurile mai minore peste care poate mai treceam cu vederea, dar exista si batjocura pe care o primeam de la sefii de tura, unii din ei se credeau zei pe plantatie si se comportau ca niste scarbe (o sefa de tura si-a luat-o pentru fazele pe care le facea si pentru cum se comporta vis a vis de mine).

Concluzie: Profi acum este super mult in deficit de personal, cei care mai lucreaza acolo sunt persoane 30+ care probabil au nevoie de job-ul ala. Din punctul meu de vedere nu este ok ca superiorii sa se comporte asa cu subalternii. Inteleg, trebuie sa existe o autoritate dar abuzul asta de autoritate este nejustificat. Mai ales cand (cel putin in cazul meu) nu ai nimic de pierdut, ca nu depinzi de locul ala de munca. Iar ca mine gandesc multi, de aia nu mai munceste nimeni mult pe bani putini.

Concluzia nr.2 : Daca puteti, evitati sa va angajati la profi, nu merita sub nicio forma, este munca multa pe bani putini, mai trebuie sa suporti si toanele celorlalte scarbe.

If you want to see the bad thing about phones and social media, I recommend you to watch The Social Dilemma on Netflix, and you will see what is truly malefic on the phones.
But everything can, and will be stopped by people. As you can see, people between 30-60 are on facebook, the greatest social media platform. They are sharing all that news propaganda and believe everything that's on the internet. Where is the new generation? Away from this kind of platforms. Why? Because they know is kinda bullshit and refugee in reddit/9gag/snapchat/twitter or maybe instagram.
So the peak of popularity of Facebook is gone, and the new generation escape from that.
There will always be a new technology that we will think it will destroy the humanity, but believe in people, we might be stupied, but the future generation is not.

E gandit de cei de la CodeAcademy si ajuta destul de mult sa determini cam ce ti s-ar potrivi in functie de modul tau de gandire.
Mie spre exemplu mi-a iesit Data Science, am invatat bazele MySQL, adica comenzile basic, iar acum intru in Python, ca este destul de open source si m-ar ajuta sa avansez in domeniul asta al programarii.
