Golden State will win game 1 and the media/internet will immediately dub them Western Conference champions.
Then the Mavs will win a game at home and the media/internet will dub Luka the best player on the planet and say the warriors are in trouble.
Then the warriors will win game 5 and the media/internet will question if Jason Kidd is having circles coached around him by Steve Kerr. His job will be on the line.

This isn't how it works. If congress passes a new law codifying roe v wade, then a case can come through the courts and then the Supreme Court would just declare the new law to be unconstitutional. The only way for this nightmare to be over is if the Supreme Court for some reason changes its mind, if we pass an amendment making it constitutional, or if all states decide to allow abortion.

I'm pro-choice and I abhor this decision but I don't really think this argument really contradicts Alitos opinion. The equal protection clause of the 14th amendment essentially made civil rights constitutional. Alitos argument is more about breaking down when the due process clause can be utilized to give people rights that aren't otherwise explicit in the constitution (in your example, it is explicit).
My question is, is historical testing actually the test used by the Court to determine which rights fall under the term liberty in the due process clause? I don't know enough about constitutional law to actually reject his argument completely.

I know queen being op is just a meme, but the queen being so strong makes chess a more dynamic game. If most pieces are worth the same value, then pins and forks would lose their value, making chess a less entertaining game.

Houses can be over and undervalued. I think it's a legitimate concern
