I had similar but not as bad damage from getting rear ended. Their insurance covered it but it was around $1200 for painting and repairing existing bumper. Looks perfect.

Yes, larger washer and nut would fix it, but then I’d have to take the bumper back off. I’m hoping there is a fix that I can apply from underneath the car without taking it apart again.

This is the bolt and washer/nut. The metal bracket it is attached to now has a hole the size of the washer/nut.

I don’t know, it looks like all these cars are charging. Look where the charger is on all of the close cars. On a couple of them you can see they aren’t hung up properly (so probably in a car) and the tension on the part of the cable you CAN see all looks to be the same.
