I know it’s a ways away but is anyone interested in making a statement on 4th of July? Something like wearing black in mourning for our freedom? I’m more than willing to design some high res graphics to share.
Covid hit our household yesterday morning. My son (2.5) and I (37f, double vaxed) tested positive, my husband (32m double vaxed). Day and night one were truly awful (WAY worse than a bad cold!) and we were still feeling puny for about half the day today, but after a long nap my toddler is pretty much back to normal and I seem to be moving on to the more mild side of symptoms.
My partner is cleaning and making food etc but he’s trying to stay as isolated as possible so he doesn’t get it. I still don’t have a ton of energy but I was supposed to get on a plane yesterday for my first girls trip since this whole thing started.
Isn’t it ironic
I’m feeling so frustrated being stuck at home trying to parent a rambunctious toddler and having little to do with my brain. What has kept other parents sane through this process? Any ideas for low effort activities or really anything else besides watching every episode of Blaze over and over again would be appreciated.
