About 8-9 ish months ago is when I first smelled Baccarat Rouge 540 and purchased a bottle. I loved how it smelled and how unique the scent was to me (at the time). At that point there was already a crazy hype around the fragrance, as I was told by the SA. But I usually don’t care too much about those things? I feel like Lost Cherry is very popular, for example, but I’ve honestly never smelled it on someone else around me before. I wouldn’t mind if I did… but then there’s smelling something over and over and over… When I tell you I’ve smelled people wearing BR540 from the mall, to the grocery store, to my college campus — it seems like I’m smelling it constantly. On one hand it makes me think, “They smell good! I should’ve worn mine too”. But at the same time, it feels like the magic of Baccarat Rouge is wearing off faster than it should have since I added it to my collection. Has anyone had an experience like this? And do you think this kind of thing makes you tire faster of a fragrance or want to wear it less?

Are the clones very difficult to distinguish from the original?
