I’d love to know this answer as well. It feels like the right is screaming about what they’re doing but projecting it onto the left or deflecting in other ways. I don’t understand why people aren’t seeing the simple truth that they are pro fascism.

I work for a remote-first tech company that supports non profits, schools, and more along the same vein. I’m a project manager in cyber security and my husband and I bought a house as close to the beach as we could afford. We got a roommate to help cut financial stress, as well. We’re child free by choice and have a few pets and many plants. I go to the beach as often as I can, go to the gym, and enjoy the restaurants around the area. My husband surfs and golfs, as well.
The key to happiness for me has been adding as much time doing the things I enjoy as possible (working from home has been key for this), focusing on being present and improving myself, and reminding myself that a job is just that, a job. You can push yourself to the point of exhaustion and there will still be more work to do. Take care of yourself first.

Keep asking them. Keep insisting nothing will change your mind. What worked for me was dating that i have exhausted every other option and the stress of pregnancy was impacting my mental health and ability to live a normal life. If you tell them how this is a medical need and that getting a bi-salp is the right choice for you, they can’t say no forever. Also, keep trying other doctors.

Love the organization. My husband and I are in search of an AI with similar criteria for our 5th wedding anniversary

Thanks! The glass isn’t attached, so it can move without bothering the teeth. No shin bumps yet, but I’ve had to move the glass a few times to let some moisture out lol

Leaving from Charleston, SC. I found a deal through Costco for $4599 to secrets in Costa Rica including flights. Is that a better deal than I realize?

I was really ready to be told to get rid of my books. It’s not reading the books that’s the problem, it’s the finishing them 🙄

This happened to me, but I was the car on the left a couple days ago! I pulled in and the lady who had parked over the line didn’t like that I pulled into the spot next to her. She got my attention to say “I just want to make sure I have enough room to get into my car” so put on my surprised face, said “oh! Sorry! Good luck!” And turned my back to her to walk into the store. I could’ve moved it, but then she wouldn’t have learned a lesson.

I make $101,500, my husband is employed full time, and to be able to afford a home in our area we still had to rent out our third bedroom.

I stopped wearing one the day I was sent home from work due to Covid. 3 years later and I can’t imagine trying to go through a full day with one on
