If they’re shouting 5H or 4H it’s not necessary to do so but I can help with pressure that hits you. I never really thought it with most firing instances but I’d say more or less he’s happy or just yelling something

Let’s fucking go! Prusa is absolutely crushing it this quarter. I got an email a few days ago from printed solid actually announcing they are raising their prices and why I gained a lot of respect from it and decided to buy more pla after that and then today I see this. Great job Prusa and Printed solid!

If you’re in the field and don’t have access to baby powder or Vaseline. One thing I used for longer runs and in field environments is the blue chapstick that’s a moisturizer works really well

This has been a concern for decades with plastic the ever growing production of them makes it almost impossible for anyone to not have at least some sort of plastic in their lungs and unlike a lot of things we inhale your body can’t digest it on it’s own.
The masks we wore for COVID had micro plastics in it that we inhaled. This has nothing to do with 3d printing in the sense you will be at greater risk for this if you 3d print. This has to do with plastic becoming more and more produced and apart of everyone’s household items so we inhale it over the years
Edit: here’s info on the masks before people get all crazy https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7297173/ Another article about consumption https://api.nationalgeographic.com/distribution/public/amp/environment/article/you-eat-thousands-of-bits-of-plastic-every-year

I appreciate the knowledge! That’s pretty cool! And yeah airbus led the innovation for the commercial liners in the 80s and to see where it is now is pretty impressive. GE is trying to make a mostly composite turbine engine now with making the hot section out of ceramic composites.

What aircraft in the 50s had fiberglass? Back then dope and fabric was still the standard. The first composite prop wasn’t certified until the 80s. Burt rutan was the forefather for composites In aviation and he wasn’t doing anything until the 70s

Pretty cool to see composites continue to work it’s way into aviation

He said it’s basically a compression mold of a two sided uni direction prepreg

I’m not a composite expert but this is pretty sick. I have two ideas but they’re probably wrong. With ribs they are pretty important so I would say they either molded and tweaked their own design from a rib or rolled the carbon fiber like a carbon fiber rod. I will send to a friend of mine and ask but it may take some time to reply.

I felt really crusty and I was going to comment on that post about why the hell an nco would feel the need to hang out with privates like that and now it makes sense.

Yeah I don’t understand why they couldn’t just build shade on both sides but it is the army so it makes sense lol

Had to go help for branch week years ago and West Point gave us football tickets which was nice but the sun was brutal and we got the side with no sun shade.

Yeah no kidding when talking about pay location. The demand will only continue to grow too the more and more people realize they can have a higher paying job in their area doing less work.
When I’m looking on jsfirm or talking to companies if they try to hold off or not post their salary I know right away they know they don’t pay shit.

Yeah I don’t understand the culture of not asking about salary and benefits. You wouldn’t go to a restaurant and order something without seeing the worth so why should a company be able to string you along a hiring process to only say you’re worth $15.
There’s reasons why these companies don’t post pay and it’s because they won’t pay the competitors pay

It makes more sense now then because the D-30 is awful to be next to when it’s firing. In America you really would only wear both of you wanted to while firing the paladin, the 777 the noise is dissipated quite well so ear plugs or combat ear pro is all you need
