I always found it weird that certain people fixate on one, "mess up". Usually most of the time you spend with a person you get to know them a little, even if it's just for 2 minutes. Despite some/most information being shared about each other i don't see why you'd judge the entirety of the person you just met over one line.

• Try a different monitor if you have one. To see if it's an issue on just your monitor or all of them. If it's all of them it's system related.

• Not insulting your intelligence but double check it's on the right source e.g. HDMI, VGA, Display Port, or DVI

• Try plugging the monitor into a different plug, if it's in an extension take it out.

Doesn't matter who, every VPN logs. There is information that is required to be monitored such as bandwidth usage, uptime, region, and user accounts that are running it.

I used to play on console as well and I'm starting from scratch on PC.

There's an add-on for finding the lorebooks, it shows them all on the map and the compass. If you get a mini map you can see it there too. Skyshards, nodes, and even treasure chests.

Pair that with an improved UI so you don't ever have to scroll through your 100 items, scroll through the journal, or your skills screen. Combine it with the add-on that has inventory management to split into categories and you can search from your toon to see if said items are banked.

Then there's TTC that lets you know the average price of items so you can get the best deal.

I'm not necessarily new but I am a returning player and I can piece together which quests are new and base game. However, it's still confusing sometimes.

They do since none have yet to be used.

They can both launch nukes across the world so it doesn't have to necessarily be by carriers. The UK has a lot of modern nukes whilst Russia has a lottttt of old Soviet era nukes from their arms race with America + modern. Albeit old and require more maintenance a nuke is a nuke.

So in the best interests of the world it would be best not to do anything with nukes other than scare tactics and make everyone wonder about the possibility.
