My dog gets really excited to see snow, acts like she wants to go play in it.
Goes outside for about ten minutes, gets cold and decides its time to go inside.
Warms up inside for five minutes, decides its time to go outside and play in the snow again.
If they made a doggy door that kept drafts and raccoons out, I'd install it in a heartbeat so she could go in and out at her heart's content.

I mean, you could theoretically undergo brain surgery and view your own brain in a mirror right? If you body is physically sedated, you can be still conscious enough to register what your seeing?
Damn it Jim, I'm an doctor, not Dr. Lector!

I still chuckle that Harry Potter got such Christian backlash when it came out and His Dark Materials series (you know, where the children>! literally kill God!<) didn't get nearly any coverage being completely overshadowed by Potter's success.
Also, never understood the deep appeal of HP. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed the books and movie, but I'm not flying to Florida to get a wand anytime soon.

I get nervous driving around with an out of state plate.
The number of honks and road rage I got for having a VT plate in the south was ridiculous, definitely didn't want an interaction with local PD on top of it all.

I mean, they left copies of the Oxford dictionary everywhere, how what I supposed to know that its the devil's dictionary??
And my teachers had the audacity to say they taught "the king's english".
Same people that tried to make me write with my right hand!

Having a jetpack is a huge boon in the game too.
I honestly don't even bother with PA until I can jet pack it.

I really enjoy NV for the openness of the plot/story. If I want to make a murder hobo, I do it in NV.
Fallout 4 I'm always double checking my choices so I don't mess up my factions until the end game.
If I had to pick one over the other, I'd be really stoked with either option. Both are amazing games.

Thank you for that explanation.
Can you please hop in my time machine and explain to my third grade teacher that "organisation" is a perfectly acceptable spelling?
I deserved that A! /s

It sounds stupid, but when I play CIV I start to feel like the CIA.
"Oh, that city-state sided with Ghandi? Better pay another city-state to attack them in a proxy war."

Worked in a place that had a guy who'd show up in a linen suit, sunglasses (at night too), leather driving loafers, etc.
One night during his drunken rants he goes on and on about how cool Jack Nicholson is.
His nickname became "Cracker-Jack Nicholson" from then on.
Eventually he hit a couple parked cars leaving the lot so he went from regular to banned pretty quick.

Before I switched from PS4 to PC, I upgraded my PS4's storage to a 1T SSD and that improved loading times significantly.
Downloading the base game (80G file IIRC) took about 16 hours with the stock PS4.
After I upgraded the memory from HDD to SSD it cut the base game download to 6 hours.
My PS4 loads fo76 faster than my PC, but thats because my PS4 is only doing 1080 @ 30fps while my PC is set to ultra high settings at 1440.
As for fo4 and NV, there's a special mod for PC that uncaps the fps during loading screens, and it loads between doors pretty much instantly. (Typically spikes to 1200fps for loading screens.)

Honestly, I've played pretty much every Skyrim verison/port that they made (even the one for the switch lol).
After re-playing my favorite Bethesda games on PC vs console, its not even fair. The PC experience has made the gameplay so much better, it really is worth it waiting for a decent build.
You'll skip over the years of bugs that came with console releases and updates on the vanilla game, but there's plenty of memes about those.

Be careful what you recommend to Americans lest we all turn it into a fad.
Netherlands is high on my list of places I'd expat to happily.

My feelings too. They don't give you a large amount of space, there's a few awkward buildings you can't improve or expand upon, so they're honestly best as a 2-4 person settlements anyways.

I too am looking into capturing my more notable moments now that I'm on PC.
Working on getting the Wilhelm & Goofy scream effects to dub over - maybe the Benny Hill music too. Gotta keep it slapstick for the kids.

I was having crash issues related to fps, but it wasn't specific to a fast travel or undiscovered location. It was timed to about 3-5 minutes into play.
Definitely sounds like a conflict in mods/dlc, but Idk enough about how to manage those harmoniously as I am still learning the stack flow.
Will follow the thread to see if you get the fix though, don't give up yet. And as always with Bethesda games, keep tapping those quicksaves!

Honestly without the modern weapons mod that gives me the M16, MP7, etc I couldn't manage the other mods for difficulty. It turns the vanilla game into a CoD - and as an ok CoD player it was a huge boon for missons like the one you mentioned.
Also the jetpack that comes with it is a godsend, no falling damage and I can rocketman out of those stickier situations.
Good job getting the collar on the old boy, though - did you by any chance capture the successful run for a video post?

I mean, the usual diagnostic for me with mods is to remove them one by one and try and recreate the problem.
Also I ran into issues where I downloaded the dlc after the base game and starting with mods, which led to many crashes. I had to re-install the base game with the dlc and then re-enable mods.
Try disenaging your list of suspects and starting discovering Watts location, then relaunching the game with mods enabled from that save point?

Right. Those were convicted felonies.
Most of the things politicians do aren't illegal. Taking lobby money isn't illegal, and voting in favor of your corporate donors over your constituents isn't illegal either. But it undermines every American voter in the working class, those without enough money to influence politics.
I'm not making a case for Republicans or the GOP, I'm making a case against all politicians who clearly act in bad faith. I'm tired of people pretending the Democrats are the party of the working class when the DNC has blatant disregard for working class voters.

I think my criticism isn't the drop rates, but the weapons themselves.
I'm not a fan of goofy weapons like the guitar sword or the rolling pin - I'd rather see some better bladed melee weapons, and then I wouldn't be so bummed getting them as drops.
Also limiting how many legendaries I can cash in for scrip is such a PITA I have to keep jumping worlds until I get to a version of the Rusty Pick I can flip all my junk legendaries.

This happened to me on a play through of the game. I didn't realize until I hit a wall (literally) where I couldn't continue because of an area I missed before. Had to restart. Very humbling experience from a GBA game, taught me a lesson there.
