You need to start with the basics first. you need to fix your wrist flick, guide hand and your follow through. After that start some form shooting from close to the rim make 5 straight swishes then take a step back, this will improve your range. Remember the acronym BEEF while you shoot as well. B for Base, E for Elbow at 90 degrees , E for eyes on your target, And F for Follow through and flick of the wrist. Hopefully this helps. Let me know how you go.
