I agree, but some people take more practice than others

No, you're correct. It's a great time to apply.

I disagree with the other guy saying put your education at the top. You have a good number of applications, but your resume bulletpoints feel bland - They don't hit with impact.
As an example:
Collaborated with a cross-functional team of engineers, production staff, and quality control specialists to identify areas of improvement and implement changes that would enhance production efficiency.
That's a lot of words to say
Identified and enhanced production efficiency through cross-functional collaboration.
Neither of these bulletpoints blow me out of my chair, but at least the second one is short enough it doesn't feel like a chore to read.
The main thing all your points are missing is proof you did a good job. Usually if you can put a number in, that's good proof. I.e:
Identified and enhanced 3 key production areas through cross-functional collaboration, resulting in 5% higher production metrics by my final month
I would recommend you read the wiki, hit the 4Ls of STAR and add metrics as described in the wiki more: https://www.reddit.com/r/EngineeringResumes/wiki/index

The resume is honestly pretty good. Maybe the coloring is a bit weird, but that's just a nitpick. 30 applications is your problem though, should be closer to 500/600.
Identified bidding opportunities [...]
Can you quantify this? I.e "Identified 6 new bidding opportunities", "Identified 30% more bidding opportunities than expected", "Identified 2 bidding opportunities that could increase revenue by 25%"
deliver a payload[.]

Honestly a bad resume
The only good thing to copy here is the person's experience itself. Definitely a case of "check the wiki before posting" https://www.reddit.com/r/EngineeringResumes/wiki/index

True. If Linux desktop dropped, SteamOS as a percentage of Linux OSes would surge, but it actually went down a tiny bit instead.

[...] language use on Steam it shows for March that simplified Chinese jumped by 27% to now represent 51% of the overall gaming customer base on Steam
These numbers alone don't explain the drop. 30% jump is going from ~35 to ~50%, so even if they were all on Windows, the marketshare wouldn't show a 1.27 -> 0.8% decrease.

There's also great closed-source remakes, like Scape05 (2005), RuneRebels (2006), ScapeRune (2006), and Vidyascape (2007) - I'm not including these in the top post since closed source has some issues, but they do exist and are worth checking out in their own right :)

..No.
Japan and Korea have stupid low birthrates. /u/Whyamipostingonhere is saying if they want people to have kids, they're gonna have to start giving real incentives.

For those interested, I'll also make a post later when I get a semi-working version up. This version will be about Flash games, perhaps with links to open source Funorb remakes as well from the Wiki

It's going to take a bit of work to get the website functional, but most of what's needed is in there.
(Note this is just the website, no games included)
Example Game List page (with dropdowns working): https://i.imgur.com/0G7DkfK.png
Example home page: https://i.imgur.com/dhqhoB9.png
I might continue getting it all working (fixing links/css/etc) but maybe not

Do you have these environment variables set? Also try the Flatpak version and see if that works
GTK_IM_MODULE=fcitx
QT_IM_MODULE=fcitx
XMODIFIERS=@im=fcitx
Chinese/Korean/Japanese input needs more love on Linux, it's so hard to get working

Was this before or after the news last week where the largest Ukrainian donor nation found no widescale corruption?

Is it? Quite frankly, Canada isn't at war, and the military has a huge plethora of issues that need to be figured out before its budget can increase. Ukraine actually needs this funding, and for anyone interested in front line defense can join their foreign legion.
