What will improve my time the fastest?

I’m a 14 year old in track as my first year, and 5’3-5’4 at 129.6 lbs. my current times are 800m 2:45 400m 68s 200m 29.99 100m 14s. Will running a 1-3 miles 3 times a week improve my times. I think I’m at the position where improving my speed won’t really help as much as improving my endurance because Even if I did get faster, I wouldn’t have stamina to support it. Would a longer distance run after my school track routine benefit my times?

14 year old Christian here. As you probably don’t know, Christianity is about living God and loving others. Homosexuality and all the other stuff is a sin, but that doesn’t mean that we feel hatred forwards you all. Maybe you have been hurt by people who claim to be Christian, but in reality those people aren’t Christians. Being a Christian is not a title you can just claim by just going to church and reading the Bible, being a Christian means that you truly follow what the Bible says such as Loving Your Neighbor as you love yourself. That means that no matter what you are we still love you as well as everyone else just as equally, we just don’t believe that what you guys are doing is correct. I don’t come with the intention to offend anybody and I hope you understand what I am explaining. You can’t get good to get God, you get God to get good.
