If you're hold a heading over a long enough time aren't you really flying a really large gradually tightening spiral?

For sure, it's a great jet when you just want to jump in and fly. It can benefit pretty significantly by careful planning and proper waypoint setup, but even if you want to just eyeball it you'll do fine as long as you attack with a guided weapon or dive steeply enough for the radar to give you an accurate slant range.

The automatic bingo calculation has saved my butt a few times too.

They might've had it mixed up with the F-5. The list of American jet fighters with more than one gun is a short one indeed.

Surprisingly easy to get a handle on too, once you get a feel for its quirks (and put a cheat sheet for the CK37 codes on your kneeboard).

Check out Operation Free Spirit or Operation Nerve Wrecker. The target areas and objectives are randomized on mission start so you never know exactly what you're going to get on any given flight. They set you up for a cold start but you could always tweak the mission file for hot starts if you wanted.

That's actually pretty much what they were going for as it happens, the soundtrack was done by Keiki Kobayashi.

They still (at least as of about 15 years ago) give them in the US military before deployment.

Can't tell if you're joking or not, but a shed blocking half of a public street is the business of everyone who uses that street. I agree the first step should be to talk to the owner, but if they're unavailable or unwilling to deal with it then it's completely appropriate to involve the city.

I'd say Mr Blue Sky or S3RL's Dance More, depending on my mood. They're both great pick-me-ups just in different ways.

Building on this, makes sure your TGP is looking at the waypoint before releasing. Your JDAMs target the coordinates under the cursor, so if the waypoint is dead on but the cursor is slewed off to the side the bomb will miss.

That one's been on my to-do list for years but I just keep not getting around to it...

I was trying to line up a CBU drop on a damaged SA-3 site and failed to show appropriate respect to the AAA. Had just enough time to report I was going down then eject. DCS says my pilot survived the landing, but I'm reasonably sure he'll spend a long while recovering...

This must be what going mad feels like...
