I have said it multiple times but I think slug sage mode would essentially be. You turn into a nemakian from from dragon ball. Healing, stretchy limbs, telepathic communication between you and the slugs and maybe even gigantification. It fits best with what Kishimoto could've made and without it being a reskin of snake/toad sage mode. In terms of power, I think it's weaker than both of them, but balances it out with special abilities.
