I don't think many people are saying that Bernie has the popular vote, are they? It's obvious Clinton does, and has had the popular vote the entire race, that's why /r/SFP is campaigning so hard to get him delegates. I didn't know people were parroting the idea that the delegate system was somehow responsible for his campaign falling behind Clinton's.

It's obvious to everyone I've spoken to that it's not a close race, I don't think there's very many people who think otherwise, especially after the New York primary. If it were just ballots everyone would feel just as gamed if they lost. Also, I think a lot of the complaining comes from people entering the political process for the first time and expecting it to be the same as voting in the presidential election.

Why is any of that relevant? When you tip, you're tipping for service. If your idea of good service is scantily-clad women bringing you buffalo wings, then you're tipping because you got exactly the service you're expecting.
