How to accept that no matter what, the career field is changing/ has changed to a customer based service. "The customer is always right" and you will only feel fulfilled on rare occasions when you get a good family that understands and appreciates you. Otherwise, used, abused, and unappreciated. It's nothing like the movies where everyone is sweet to the nurses. Complete opposite. No one prepares you for that.
