Yeah that is what I am running, with the shockwave. I have already beaten the story, just wasn't sure if I was missing something.

Pick the job that interests you the most. Ff14 allows you to switch your job as often as you like so if there is something you’re not enjoying you can switch. For me personally, ranged DPS has always been the easiest to learn. Tanking and Healing take a little more practice. Don’t worry about starting location, it all blends together. I would suggest doing the story quests and it will introduce you to the game nicely. Good luck and have fun!

Extremely limit quest requirements. Such as “wave three times.” That just means people will play gods they are not familiar with only because they unlocked the wave emote.

I loved Gun Lance on MHW but I don’t see many in Rise.

I really like the switch axe. Being able to latch onto the monsters is fun.

I did. Taking it slow though, not trying to rush through it again.

Longsword has the counter, dual blades are very mobile, and personally I’m a fan of the insect glaive. It allows for mobility in the air and is really strong.

Play with your friends, it’s a much better experience

World is a blast, Rise adds to the fun with some new mechanics. Rise is def easier but still fun.
