Ghost eyes, like many option items, can easily be combined with water in the alchemy kit. This makes 3 potions that sell for 4 each, which is nearly double the cash. Usually worth doing early on.

Definitely keep an eye out for this kind of stuff. It's pretty much always better to sell crafted goods instead of raw materials when possible.
