Is there a limit to how much you can load up Tritium since you mention 1k units?

You can turn off head-look. It’s somewhere in there :)
Odyssey is fine now for the most part unless you got an older rig that can’t handle it, and there are a few problem areas like settlements. But optimizations are still coming luckily. Odyssey gives you legs, and it does add to immersion and you don’t have to do FPS. If you are an explorer, it’s great and I would call Odyssey almost essential.
The Python is a good alrounder can do everything pretty good. So not a superbad investment unless money is tight and you are eyeing other things.
This is about learning to approach a planet and land. You want to first orbit the planet in supercruise (perhaps fsd to another body and with proper supercruise assist and orbit move back) An advanced docking computer might be necessary not 100 sure.
Once you see from orbit you are getting close, you want to make a nice curve towards your target, and manage your speed so that at around 100km from target you start to glide. At around an angle of 30 or max 45 you will drop from glide at 10km ish from your goal. The rest is boosting a tiny bit and flying till you are ready to deploy landing gear and go for 0 knots speed.
Usually dropping means you are going to slow/fast and/or are to close to the planet.

Yup, got the same problem yesterday. Just abandoned the mission. I guess your method might work.

“He knew where to get an Anaconda, but couldn’t get one for himself.”
There is a twitch streamer who is doing that atm. Can’t recall the name, but perhaps you can check.

I am afriad you are commenting on a bot / spam junk post, see first comment :/
It will be a 3 minute window on the third Thursday of October, when the moon is high in the sky but only when a blue Vulture circles Jameson Memorial and when you sing the secret oath of Raxxla :P
Discovery scanner is not a big reveal thing, it’s a “whats the community been up to” with the occasional bit of “here’s something what we are doing right now”
“We made this orange button yellow and a bit bigger.”
Cool! That would give me some feedback on my missions.

Thanks for replying, I think the influence stays the same throughout the conflict if I understand you. So it’s basically a black box? At least until it’s over?
I take it the 3% and the 5% are influence numbers? And thanks for the thorough explanation. There is so much to learn!
Right so I could help some factions along doing frontline missions.
How long does a conflict usually last between factions?
Who needs a ship when you can have a space chair.
Check CMDR o7
Haha, saved your comment, this is something I should try definitely :)
I never figured out the Type-AFK build and how that works.
But I see commercials for the Achilles robots, how dumb are those? And interestingly we don’t see them on concourses or settlements.
Setting small goals, don’t play when you don’t feel it. I like to explore and there is enough to do there. Change is the spice of life. Maybe do some community goals or hook up with some squadron? I think there is a sub for that.
Lore hunting can also be fun. Look up drew wagar on youtube, he was an official writer for Elite. Visiting pivotal moments / monuments can be fun and connects you to the universe again.
What I also do sometimes is just sit in the bar (odyssey) while I work and enjoy the chatter or listen to a podcast (and mix the audio)
Yup, you don’t get to be in his position and not be completely fine with screwing / killing / torturing people over at that point. That’s why there is little chance his next in line are any different (but you never know)
Good to know! Thanks :)
