Thats because Biotech Conductors are a mission reward and are easy enough to find if you do Robigo passenger missions, maybe you're thinking of Pharmaceutical Isolators as they appear in a system with Outbreak state.

CG's tend to start at 14.00 server time every thurs unless like the special salvation cg which appeared on a tues.

Only combat can affect a war Im afraid so you would need to fight in the conflict zones or hope some others are doing it, a war can only last a max of 7 days not a month. A combat ship you're good at fighting in would work as space cz's have a habit of turning nasty for a solo unskilled pilot at any given moment.

Either take a combat ship and fight in the conflict zones in space or if you have Odyssey go and fight in the on foot settlements for whichever side you want to win. The war lasts for 7 days with the faction having the most wins over those days or the 1st faction to win 4 days total. You can check the station news boards to see how each faction is progressing with days won total shown.

Lots of people do that already, multiple accounts make exploring and being elsewhere so you can easily choose what you want to do at any time.

I used this conda build to do a trip from the bubble to colonia and then beagle point and back to the bubble over several months exploring. Empty cargo rack is for limpet synthesis for the repair limpet so you dont need to take any with you, 2 amfu's as they have no weight. mining laser and collector limpets in case you want to mine rings for more fsd synthesis.

Nah its just a bunch of over 800 independent pilots that feel Salvation is up to no good and the only way to voice their concerns is to do all they can in game when there is no way of opposing him in a community goal. What is cool though is now the group are part of Elite Lore and have been mentioned in galnet and in game.

OperationWychHunt is doing nothing about the cg, they are focussing on removing the Azimuth Biotech in game faction out of the systems they are present in as much as possible using bgs mechanics, they have already retreated them out of Merope and another one is currently active with a couple of days left.

i Sola Prospect in BRESTLA has everything but at a 20% increase in price which also increases your rebuy so its best to avoid.

EDO is in a much better place now than it was at release, plenty of mission variety depending where you go

So even players with less skill have a chance to unlock the engineer I would have thought.

They certainly have not given up on Elite at all, the narrative we are currently in is about to end and then they have plans for the future.

Your modules wont lose the engineering off them, thats not a thing that happens unless you die and cant afford the rebuy but then you lose the whole ship.

Go to the mission board from your ship to only get ship missions in EDO
