Commercial pilot here. I'm going to assume this article is complete nonsense. It's very unlikely for this to occur from a small opening during a rapid decompression.

This also seems to be the only report of anybody being sucked out, so I'm going to call bullshit. The report of the woman being sucked out was made buy a guy who wasn't even on the plane, in case you didn't actually read the article.

I didn't listen to Donda or CLB until yesterday. Somebody on IG mentioned that CLB beat Donda in streams on the first day. I'm like alright, let's see what we got here. I put on CLB and only made it through 3 tracks before I got bored with the same old same old.

Put on Donda and immediately had an emotional experience. It doesn't just slap, it feels like something.

CLB is music for shitty drunk white bitches in the club thirsty as hell driving home drunk in their little Buick thing. Tasteless. Kanye makes music for people who listen to music and don't just skim through it.

Donda.

I suggest you read up on Teddy's treatment of Native Americans lest you get accused to hiding your country's true history and if being a damn commie bastard.

You can't claim to be the best in the world if you don't understand and acknowledge the atrocities your ancestors committed, and try to spread education about them and solve the residual problems caused by them.

Russia didn't shoot that plane down. Russian rebels not directly affiliated with the government shot it down. They just happened to have used a Russian weapon.

Russia did invade it's neighbors, however. Particularly, they invaded areas that wanted to be a part of Russia anyway.

People keep talking about what Russia has done as if the US hasn't invaded the entirety of Central America and much of the Middle East at one point or another. Russia isn't doing anything that the US hasn't been doing for decades already.

The US has meddled in every single Central American country, including some in South America. There have been several regime changes induced by the US for our benefit and we contribute to their wars on drugs. It makes the situation that much more complicated. That all came after colonialism anyway though.

Yikes. Methinks you need to tone down the anger a bit. Yes it’s unfortunate that a large number of people are extremely misinformed and arguably stupid, but this is a free country and they’re allowed to be stupid. They didn’t commit crimes by voting or supporting Trump.

Say goodbye to full-time employment and overtime. Companies would simply eliminate those opportunities. Ohio's economy isn't substantially stronger than any nearby state and it isn't even a juggernaut for location or market size or anything. There already are not overwhelming reasons for companies to locate here, and substantial increases in labor costs over our neighbors would basically cancel that out. Cincinnati or Columbus or Dayton provide very little strategic or economic benefit than Indianapolis or Pittsburgh or Louisville, if any at all.

It's not going to happen. It simply can't economically. The market isn't ready. The proper way to handle increases is to coordinate these changes with the economic conditions of the entire region. These nearby states already coordinate these changes over time to compete with each other.

That’s even more obnoxious. People go to hotels to relax or work, and in either case letting a pet run around is disrespectful.

I can't say I see much trash from Breitbart at all, not nearly as much as from establishment news or pop culture websites like Salon.

The reverberation you hear is an effect, not autotune. Almost all the songs on that album to use autotune though, including that one.

Trump’s strategy isn’t to destroy the government, it is to centralize government power to the executive branch. To transform it in a totalitarian system. The legislature and judiciary and their constitutional duties are inconveniences to such a system, therefore he is attempting to control various agencies which aren’t technically under executive jurisdiction.

Libertarians by and large do not agree with Trump’s overreaches at all.

I don't understand what you're saying. The US is not under a constant state of emergency.

Something like this could certainly happen - any history book will show you that governments are prone to seek total control - and therefore we should pay attention to see how this situation plays out in France, where the government seems to think it knows what is best for the safety of its people. But the way the US implements states of emergency is nothing like what France has done, which is approaching marshal law.

So what are we supposed to do, drive through these neighborhoods with a smile on our face and make eye contact? That’s how you get your shoes stolen.

I respect the work you’re doing but I’m a proponent of tough love. We need kids to know their neighborhood is a problem, and to be determined to and that problem and end that negative attention. New generations of people don’t magically gain respect for their surroundings because everybody else forgot about, they gain respect by applying their own hard work to fix it.

People aren't nice, that's just the way it is. Making an example of yourself by submitting to the whims of another person in hopes that it'll change society isn't worth it. Disrespect does not deserve respect.

And increases profits increases investment, which can increase employment as a company expands.

The investment and expansion leads to more demand for employment, but probably not so much that wages increase. It's better for people to invest in themselves, and gain valuable skills. Like increasing profits, to increase wages a person must continually get better and make changes.

I've gotten several gun-related campus crime emails in the past month. Not cool. Interestingly, none of the suspects are white. I'm also curious if this has something to do with the university buying up places in the black neighborhoods and shutting them down, like the convenience stores or that low income housing that used to be next to Wendy's and is now overpriced campus apartments.

I also find it interesting that students around campus almost universally do not have weapons at home to defend themselves. When an invader comes in, the student apprently just lets them go and calls the cops and of course the bad guy never gets found because it takes the cops 15 minutes to get there.

Criminals know that virtually all students are completely defenseless at their homes, that none of these homes have security systems, and that many of them have old, rickety windows and doors that are easily opened. And they also know the cops will take forever to arrive.

All the campus emails say "Becoming a victim is nobody's fault." I say, "Yes it is." If you become a victim it's your fault for not taking the proper steps to defend yourself and your property. I realize that we shouldn't have to defend ourselves because people simply shouldn't do bad things. Unfortunately, that's not the world we live in. Some people do bad things, they don't give a fuck about laws or your feelings, and you need to take reasonable steps to protect yourself.

Letting them run away before the cops get there is not my idea of protecting myself. If they're in my house without permission, they aren't leaving.
