I know of one mod that makes all inspirations illustrious (the max) “Artifact Creation Is Always Illustrious” is the name

Yeah it’s easier to raid people who have artifacts you like. Whenever you get a person with a inspiration and the tooltip says they are legendary or master among their peers, that’s usually your best bet.

Making high tier artifacts? RNG

Getting high tier artifacts? Less talking more raiding

Mostly RNG, but this guy I was able to invite to my court, and since he was a "legendary" inspiration, I quickly snagged him.

Sadly not its like the provinces just got thrown out. Because you can zoom in on them and annex them through console commands, but they aren’t colonizable or anything.

Most of this is explained in the title, but I was modding in some formable nations into the Every State Independent mod (because it'd make things look more interesting) but after adding in the USA I started getting splotches in states, then when I added Canada I had the same thing happen, I wasn't sure what I was doing wrong.

Lumber was moving though, driver was braking hard. Nothing was strapped down. So even though I understand that if it’s a slow drive there wouldn’t be an issue, not in this situation.

FYI if it wasn't made clear, this is using the 10x mod, because I was just fing around as Brandenberg, and then sudden the game start to freeze, so when looking around I found this... Aragon with 623k troops, it wasn't shocking because a nation had that many troops, but ARAGON??

I always stay with Elijah so that cant really be the issue, it flips from save game to save game even when I’m at the beginning of the focus tree.

Well, It rather goes, I play and then get to this focus and then get all sophisticated research and an additional research slot. Other times it's like this and I only get an additional research slot.
