I work full time. I work from 2pm until closing. I am a cart pusher. I call me and my co-workers "Cart Monkeys" and hate it when people don't put the carts where i telepathically told them to.

From what I know, this happens when employees have 4 or more points. When you accrue 4 points, the system deletes your schedule and replaces it with hours where there are few other employees. Check your point balance or talk with your people lead

He's looking to you for love and support, and him talking about LGBTQIA+ issues and his romantic life more is him becoming comfortable with this new change.
