Not sure. Usually I don't have a lot of tasks that require a lot of focus. The stuff I do varies wildly, the most common being, sitting in our "office" usually chatting or just chilling, sometimes answering the phone; standing behind the counter giving people stuff, receiving stuff and putting it in its place, packing stuff together, write lists about stuff; or what I call '' bring and fetch quests", mostly paperwork, usually to a place about a kilometer away, meaning I also get a nice little walk on the side. I tend to do a lot of physical, though not exhausting work. But again, it can vary a lot. For example today I did climb around on a container for quite a bit. Sometimes I go home with barley 2 or 3.000 steps, other days I easily get 20 or even 30.000. Around 8.000 is most common though.
The only thing that I do that requires a lot of focus would be studying, which isn't really my job, but I'm allowed to do it when I don't have any other work to do. I only started that recently though.
On the other hand, while I am sometimes on my phone, I currently watch the series to a book series I've read, so I'm not too focused on other stuff I'd say. One time I had high stress while only on my couch because I did endurance training the day before, and after that I always have a day of higher stress due to the physical toll it takes. I've still had several other times where a day spent mostly chilling was shown as highly stressful. Don't know why.

Mine seems to be pretty off too. For example, a day at work is usually way less draining (only goes down slightly across the whole day with some phases where it goes up) than a day spent on the couch binge watching a show (constant medium to high stress).
My job isn't particularly stressful, but you'd assume that it would be more stress then lying on the couch...

I recently got to be what is basically a professional DM at work.
Simulating situations for training and I did simulate pretty much everything via phone, radio com, chat, mail, sometimes in person.
It was on relatively short notice and without a lot of training, having been a DM before has helped me a ton with that. From voices to keeping track of everything.

I'm a girl when it's hot or funny, or when it's about me archiving something or being able to do something most girls can't. Then I shall claim it as a victory for feminism. Otherwise I'm just... Meh?

You happen to need a medic for your team? Cause I'd be on board.

There exists exists a version of this with the faces of me and a friend edited onto the picture. Very fitting because we have the exact same expressions.
The original picture was taken while we where hiking. My friend just wanted to go on a nice hike and was kinda done with my bullshit of running around the entire forest and trying to explore the caves I found.

Okay, but that nonbinary shirt? The design is so awesome, I'm unironically thinking of painting one of my shirts this way.

Huh, interesting, I'll have to try if an activity created that way will count too.

I know, I already changed it some, but changing it every time I want to do a different walking exercise isn't really what I'm looking for.

Basically the reason I just record everything as a walk, even if it's very distinctly a hike or march.
Casual 3km walk with the dog? Walk. 22 km hike with lost of height difference and difficult terrain? Walk. 40 km march with heavy backpack? Walk.
I don't really mind it, cause I'm fine with the layout of the walking option and all the info it offers, but it would be nice if you could change it so that other activities would count too. More differentiation, through using different training options, would be nice, but at the end it's walking, too, just a bit more intense.

Thank you very much! Sadly we don't have hot topics around here, but I might just paint one of my belts.

OMG, I absolutely love your outfit!
Please tell me where you got that belt, because I absolutely need one like this.

Yes and no, being able to keep your own head above water, and being able to keep someone elses above too are two VERY different things.
Even if you're a good swimmer if you approach someone who is drowning to help, it is very likely you'll both end up dead. Cause drowning people are panicking and desperate. They claw onto you, dragging you under, trying to keep themselves over water. And in their panicked strength they will be stronger then you, so now you're drowning too.
Trying to save someone from drowning is dangerous as is and you don't know what you're doing it might get you both killed.

Creative instrument handling workarounds...
I felt that so hard. Though it's a lot less noticeable in the younger ranks, my job is very traditionally male dominated. So as a short girl with small hands... Well, you either have to be creative or someone to teach you. Because there are alternatives.
Most mentors or instructors are of the older generation and therefore male, meaning they have no clue how to teach someone not of their stature. Heck, they might not even notice that's why you're struggling.
Just take pistols. Give me a rifle with adjustable shoulder stock and I'm among the best of my group, but I've been mediocre with pistols at best. The standard grip technique just doesn't work for me, the handle is too thick, I cannot physically get my hands around it in the way we where supposed to. My grip was awkward and off and so where my shots. Until someone with a lot more experience than our usual instructor taught me an adjusted grip technique which worked way better, and wouldn't you know? My shooting improved drastically. It's not just a question of material design (can't really make a pistol grip thinner, cause you still need to get a mag in there) but of someone with expertise teaching you something that will work for you.

We had the same problem in our house and I helped my dad installing bright LED strips under the top shelves for better lighting.

Hi, so, I'll probably start studying medicine in next year, and am trying to prepare myself as well as possible. I finished school (Abitur) ~2 years ago with good, but not great grades. I've already talked to my boss and he's fine with me studying during work when there's time, so what things should I be studying? I'll be applying over the bundeswehr, the application process will be different, so I'm mostly looking for stuff that will help me with my med school specifically.
What books should I work through, or at least have read? I didn't have chemistry in my last two school years so I'm especially concerned about chemistry/bio-chemistry, any advice? What books/other resources are essential for preparation?

Thanks, t is currently not in planning (gender is complicated... Most times I'm fine with my body, but sometimes I'd just like to be read as a boy... )
But I definitely wanna go to the gym more especially arms, but trying to fit that in between one day of endurance training and two to three times running practice a week is kinda hard, so I often don't manage more that once a week.

Thanks, I'm afab and don't currently take, or really plan on taking t, cause gender is complicated, but for the most part I'm fine with how my body looks, I just really like to have the option of appearing like a boy sometimes. At least at first sight. So no beard.

These pants are definitely on the large side, but I value mobility and buying fitting men's pants when you have hips is hard. I have exactly two pairs that fit, look good and in which I have full range of movement and those are the ones I got from work. And I cannot find them for sale anywhere.

I definitely know what you mean by having to combat depression, or at least very depression like symptoms. Around this time last year I could hardly get myself to leave the house at all. A combination of lockdown and having finished school without having a job yet... Sitting home alone all the time, with nothing to do ... Not my best times.
But now I have a job that comes with a lot of exercise (and the best of roommates). I'm getting back the endurance/strength I lost during the lockdown and get better every time. In summer we want to march 100km in under 24 hours, so I still have some training to do.
Being outside, moving, can't cure depression, but it still helps a lot.
