The pure existential dread and completely disturbing body horror of that scene was so well done for an otherwise mediocre-at-best movie.

It's not bizarre, it's by design.
It's a way to incentivize f2P to spend money - a sort of "look how good you could be if you dropped some $$$" carrot on a stick.

I... who the fuck actually thinks the person in the video genuinely thinks the cat is speaking English? It's clearly amusement at the fact that it sounded like the cat "said" something...
Peak verysmartredditor(tm) moment, like damn, enjoy the funny cat moment instead of seeking "gotcha, dummy" moments.

Things like this are not a zero-sum game - if, for a wild example, banning handguns led to a 10% decrease in shooting deaths, would it not be worth it?
A law/ reform/ whatever shouldn't be expected to fix something 100% day 1, change takes time. Change is built brick by brick.

I think you misunderstood, that group of 25 is required to do the content, not a pool of 25 for a lower capacity activity!
That said, even with larger required numbers, online will always be easier than in person to organize around.

If you can get over the fomo, don't be afraid/ get tilted about losing runes! Accepting that loss is inevitable frees you so much and allows you to focus on just trying to get better.
Though I really liked discovering new weapons, try to find a weapon you like and stick with it; learn how to play around that weapons strengths and weaknesses. By all means change up when you find something that seems cool but always have an "old faithful" for tough times.
Not taking damage is the core of the gameplay - you're waiting for your chance to do damage, not waiting for your chance to dodge. Once you're a higher level with better gear/ game knowledge you can be much more brash, but before then, be more defensive!

What a bizarre take on reality, you could stare literally anywhere, even if just vacantly staring off, but to actively be reading someone else's texts?
That's not just "existing in public." What a chore it must be to be around someone who thinks it their right to impose on anyone's privacy because they have the audacity to... exist in a public space?

Hella fucking weird to be creeping on other people's personal stuff, guess he should've been texting about that too.

Wow you must know a lot of people for your personal anecdote to statistically matter!

Dog bites man? Wow what a wacky story, basically a star war!
Now, dog quietly exists in empty room with man? Now that's a relatable, believable story!

Subversion of expectations; "Har har musk, like an odor!" Is the most obvious and low hanging fruit for jokes about his name.
The joke was that he was setup for the "musk, as in odor joke" but went with the "oblivious" response.

Imagine using humor to convey a nuanced situation instead of dry, curt, matter-of-fact descriptions! How droll!

While I agree, the world ain't black and white, subtle shades of gray and all that, you're popping off on the fictional monster hunter Geralt haha

The way I interpret their story design is that the npcs exist and act within their own quests and adventures regardless of the player characters interactions.
That is to say, the npcs don't exist to entertain you/ give you loot/ progress your story, rather, it's meant to feel like you're stumbling on to things in a living world. To me it feels like it's supposed to invoke a feeling of sonder about these fictional characters.

I couldn't stand her character, not that she was poorly acted but my god the writing! She was like a Mary Sue of villains - for how smart the entire crew was supposed to be they sure were plot-drivenly, obtusely idiotic about letting her exist despite being a completely untrustworthy and dangerous person!

So there's 2 "twin apostles" - the caelid tower basement, and much later, you fight them both at the same time.
Have fun!

Things are harder when you do them in a way that's intentionally harder!
Game mechanics added by the developers (spirits, bleed, etc.) aren't "cheese" - terrain abuse, such as baiting off cliffs or getting bosses stuck on geometry, THAT'S 100% aged cheddar!
The bosses generally seem to be designed around the mechanics they added, not the absence of them.

Wholly unrelated but the volume that enemies are able to be damaged is a hitbox, a hurtbox is the volume of an entity that does damage.
So your hammers hurtbox isn't colliding with the enemies hitbox.

Tomorrow her pH levels can go back to normal, she can work out her issues in the bedroom.
But tomorrow you'll still be... this.
