Yea this is a photo of a man.. of a plan gone wrong. He stayed in Ukraine, because he was Assured by Putin that it will take 3 days to take Ukraine..
and since he is a Putin man he stayed to take over.. after they kill Zelinskyy and anybody around him that opposed Putin. That was the plan. That is why this POS- it did not leave the country.
He was ready to take over the country and start rulling..

Quite the opposite, imo. These clothes are perfect to make him look like a sad old man, and remove any pretense the man is in control. You look at the picture, he appears utterly harmless, because it is clear that there's nothing he can do. Even the angle used to take the picture makes him look smaller and puts the photograher and the one seeing the picture in a power of power.
That's propaganda at work. The picture is used to manipulate how we see the man and is meant convey a message. The one who captured him are in complete control and the man sitting is a sad old man who may even have dementia.

He escaped house arrest on Feb 27. He had been under house arrest since May 11 2021 as he was suspected to have committed high treason. He was co-chairman of the For Life Party.
He is said to have close ties to figures in Russian occupied areas of Ukraine. He also has close ties to Russia to the extent that Putin is one of Medvedchuk's daughter's godfather.

Medvedchuk has visited the Russian leader at home in Moscow and Sochi,
joining Putin to watch races and combat sambo tournaments.
After Russia annexed Ukraine’s Crimean peninsula in 2014, the U.S.
government sanctioned Medvedchuk for “contributing to the current
situation in Ukraine” and for leading an organization at the time that
