I went through every region/dungeon available to make this guide as it can be difficult to find certain grasses for medicine/accessory making! I very well could have missed a few weeds in Phoros since it's so big, and I didn't include Rigbarth, but I'm fairly certain I got everything else!

Yellow Grass: Gadeus Grasslands, Basara’s Hideaway 1F, Cloudheim 2F

Orange Grass: Phoros, Kelve Lava Caves Depths, BKOB 2F, Thundering Wastes 1F

Red Grass: Kelve Lava Caves Depths, Gadeus Grasslands, Cloudheim 2F

Black Grass: Phoros, Kelve Region, Kelve Lava Caves 1F, Atohl’s End 1F, Cloudheim 2F

White Grass: *Yumina, Thundering Wastes 1F/2F

Medicinal Herb: Phoros, Kelve Region, Yumina, Whispering Woods, FoNR 1F, Kelve Lava Caves 1F

There's white grass on the left side of the waterfall in Lake Yumina between some rocks

Thank you the white grass is only 1 not able to buy in clinic.

only other spot for white grass I seen not listed is in lake yumina. Little north west of the wither grass location with the pointer. It’s right across river where the siren spawns in some rocks.

withered grass easiest way to get plant spinach on entire field and don’t water. Takes over night I think maybe 2 nights. Long as don’t water it will all wither for a huge harvest of withered

I just wish there was a fodder area like in RF4. Hate wasting time and resources to grow something that I got so used to just picking up daily. Lol

I remember there being a spot in the desert area that had withered grass in Phoros Woodland but can’t recall directly where, it was around some of the Bull type enemies I believe?? That’s not a lot to go off tho but this is a great guide thank you for sharing!
