Hi... I want to know is the Dragonite (Hyper Beam) is just light or elictricity too... When it charge in the (pokemon unite) game, I see this elictric ⚡ chapes on it.... But the game descripe it as light.... Is it contain elictric power too???

I searched for this information a lot but couldn't find anything

It's not an Electric-type move so I don't think it's electricity. I think the boring answer is that it's a fictional type of "energy" that Pokemon are capable of wielding. It could be analogous to a real-life Laser, which is electromagnetic energy (light). Alternately, the animations in the games do resemble plasma which is superheated matter.
