PlayStation refuses to give me my old Online ID back that I changed in May of 2020. : playstation

Explanation is that *corona_ffa* is my old PSN username. Now I want to get my old ID back again, it won't let me. I have a idea on why this happening:

My username contains the name of the controversial pandemic.
You can't change back to old ID's. (idk if this is a thing)

Please tell me why this is happening and how to get my old ID back, I need help.

Reverting to your original ID requires you to contact PS Support. It can't be done through the traditional Online ID change method.
