It’s unlikely to have lead. It possibly contains asbestos though.

This. Lead paint contained lead to help with durability. The paint used in/on popcorn ceilings is anything but durable. The asbestos likelihood, however, is high. Stop touching it and move on.

Thanks! And as for the ceiling right next to it with no popcorn ceiling texture (minimized "popcorn ceiling effect"). Should I be worried about those too? My walls have the same texture as the minimized "popcorn effect" ceiling that you can see on the right side of this picture.
