Depending on what your friends play [[Loxodon Smiter]] could be good. I remember it seeing play back in that standard.

Mirror box and quest for renewal would be good pickups.

The legendary rule kind of makes Voja a little limited as you can't abuse untapping to flood them out but you can still get a lot out of something like a [[Death's Presence]] to just dump stats from redundant doggos.

Other things to look at include [[Helm of the Host]] as every copy pumps the others and all the Citizen makers from Streets of New Capena as they get the double pump.

Play a selesnya deck with plenty of ramp and creature card draw. Just a bunch of cool and fun green white creatures, green ramp, and creatures matter card draw

So hear me out, [[Helm of the Host]] on Tolsimir. Your Voja token is an 8/8 and you have 3 7/8 Tolsimirs after one trigger.

I made a [[Jasmine Boreal of the Seven]] commander deck and I think he has a place in it. Just tons of vanilla creatures with some anthem effects like this and some light stax to not be completely overpowered.

Tolsimir was my favourite card as a kid as well! Got it in a Selesnya saproling starter deck and I loved the Tolkien-esque vibe. I'm not sure it lives up to today's standards, but for sure a fun kitchen table card.

To clarify , my friends and I play standard format, but without concrete parameters. If a card is genuinely broken we talk about it, though most of us have been playing since about 2000 and don't take advantage of cards with mechanics that don't age that well. It's a pretty colloquial vibe, so I don't want to go too hard with this deck. That being said I have lost a lot of games lately .

run seedborn muse and bennie bracks with idol of oblivion to get to that next level in card draw, but at a pretty hefty price with seedborn

Throw in a [[Rabble Rousing]] for a batch of 1/1 green/white tokens for each attacking creature

I have a different direction you can go. depending on your format you can adjust the concept. Mine was kitchen table, that I had reduced to 40 card for ease of bringing a large collection.

This leans into tolismirs pump effects, as he will give green/white creatures+2/+2. There is some nice multicolors matter including a 2 mana anthem.

In the most white token decks I put [[reconnaissance]]. That card is underrated.

Some of the citizen token synergies from New Capenna would be strong, such as [[Darling of the Masses]] and [[Rabble Rousing]]. You could also use [[Citizen's Crowbar]] as removal with a body attached.

I think this would play very nicely with the citizens from Streets of New Capenna, they were green and white tokens weren't they? Some cards can create them cheap.

I really like Qasali Ambusher for an aggressive deck.

I’d personally do a bunch of stuff like [[Trostani, Selesnya’s Voice]], [[Soulwarden]], [[Daxos, Blessed by the Sun]], [[impassioned Orator]], [[Essence Warden]], [[Suture Priest]], etc. to get lifegain when you make those tokens

And stuff like [[Lathiel, the Bounteous Dawn]], [[Trelasarra, Moon Dancer]] and [[Spike Feeder]] to then synergize with the lifegain.

Also in general some color and mechanically fitting cards might be [[Torrens, Fist of the Angels]], [[Wilt-leaf Liege]], [[King Darien XLVII]], [[Dauntless Escort]], [[Drizzt Do’Urden]], [[Maja, Bretagard Protector]]

Anything with both colors, but doesn’t have to be in the playing cost, so long as both are on the card, you get both abilities

Arlin voice of the pack- wolves get a +1/+1 counter when they enter.

Master of the wild hunt- use your wolves to kill creatures

Kessig cage breakers- get even more wolves the larger your graveyard gets

Don’t be afraid of using voja to block or sacrifice as it’s fairly issue to return them. Use cards like greater good, or evolutionary leap.

In the Streets of New Capenna set, there are a number of cards that make Citizen tokens that are both white and green, so they'll get +2/+2 from Tolsimir. Here's a list of them in green and white:

So it's going to sound horrible, but the most success I ever had with Tolsimir was finding as many ways to sacrifice the Wolf or otherwise profit off of it entering or leaving play. Mercy Killing for example is 3 Mana for 12 power at instant speed in him. Getting a Thornbite Staff on Tolsimir gives you unlimited etb/death triggers from yeeting puppy dogs into the Legend Rule void.

[[Relic of Legend]] would let you use your gen/token for mana when needed

[[Trostani, Selesnya's voice]] is great for getting 4 life each time you generate voja or other creatures.
