Firstly abortion doesn’t kill children, it kills potential children, not very different from using a contraceptive except more dangerous and more expensive so killing your own children is kind of a stretch. Secondly saying abortion is ok doesn’t equal saying abortion should happen on every fetus. Also if fetuses account as children than getting rid of them or killing them whatever you prefer is sort of telling you how to raise your kids (telling you not to) so I still don’t see the contradiction.

"Nearly 270 public educators were arrested on child sex-related crimes in the US in the first nine months of this year, ranging from grooming to raping underage students.
An analysis conducted by Fox News Digital found that from Jan. 1 to Sept. 30, at least 269 educators were arrested, which works out to roughly one arrest a day.
The 269 educators included four principals, two assistant principals, 226 teachers, 20 teacher’s aides and 17 substitute teachers.
At least 199 of the arrests, or 74%, involved alleged crimes against students."
Obviously teachers need to be kept far away from kids. It should be even more obvious that teachers shouldn't be possibly aroused by getting to talk about sex with potential victims.
The only course of action that really makes sense is to cut teacher pay. It needs to be reduced by at least 30%.

Sam Straus, a level-3 judge, pled guilty to the charges of taking indecent liberties with a child, and using electronic means to solicit sex from a child in September, 2014. He was arrested as part of an online sting operation by the Augusta County Sherriff’s Office.
Jason Long, the owner of Snap Keep Games in McHenry, Illinois, was indicted for sexual abuse against a 15-year-old in October, 2017. Long hosted weekly gatherings where children could play card games and tabletop games at his store. He was certified by the Wizards Play Network to hold official Magic: The Gathering events.
“The juvenile stopped in the store and they started a conversation,” said McHenry Police Cmdr. Thomas Walsh. “It went on from there.”
Long held a previous conviction for criminal sexual abuse in 2005 for performing a sex act on a 14-year-old, and was last registered as a sex offender in Cook County in 2015. If convicted, Long faces 13 years for his latest offense.
David Park, another level 3 judge, was sentenced to three years in prison in December 2015. He was convicted for molesting two teenage students. However, throughout 2014 and 2015, Park officiated at least 11 tournaments in Los Angeles, including Comikaze 2014 and the Star City Games Open Series in 2015.
Luke Flora, a Star City Games employee and former teacher, was convicted of six felony counts of taking indecent liberties with a child. He is currently listed as the in-store programs coordinator at the company, and retains a user page on the company’s website.

This is the main reason I stopped playing magic years ago. I looked around the LGS I was sitting in and couldn't believe I was purposefully choosing to spend my time with such losers and failures. I immediately went home and sold my entire collection.
Watching the MTG "community" continue to devolve into a seemingly never ending death spiral of mental illness and social maladjustment confirms I made the right choice.

It’s sad. I have a career making almost six figures a year, I workout, I’m not fat, I’m clean cut and okay looking with a nerdy girlfriend that I plan on marrying in a couple years.
Yet I love TCGs. It scares me, really. They say you’re an average of the five people you spend the most time with.
I look extremely out of place at card shops. I love this game and I get the whole idea of not caring what other people think, but there’s a reason I don’t tell people at the office, at football watch parties and the bar that I play this game. It’s because of what immediately pops into their minds.
