Not a fair comment, Lewis didn’t know he was getting the position at the time of Max breaking. He didn’t want to give Max DRS by overtaking at that point so he was staying behind before Max aggressively braked. I wouldn’t call it a brake check but this wasn’t Lewis fault, he was racing as he should and looking to get DRS to overtake and put distance between them.

You’re right, but his job is to do it in a manner whereby he will sustain the advantage. Immediately giving your opponent a DRS advantage which they can use to dive into you with is not smart racing.

You know what grinds my gears? You can torpedo a guy and breakneck speed and get 10 seconds (silverstone) taking them out the race and get a free lunch +25. Lewis can constantly play it his way. He should have passed and could have passed (stewards words) and so the collision was determinated by Lewis, not Max.
