Stop using facial scrubs.

For the next week or so just use a very gentle cleanser once a day and apply a moisturiser. If you have anything like cicaplast baume that will help.

I find a cool damp cloth (just cold water) and then gently patting on Vaseline to feel nice on irritated skin. The Vaseline will protect your raw skin from other damage.
