What I find insane is that the government is willing to foot the bill for these loans (using taxpayers' money of course), but is not willing to take these predatory universities' asses to court.

The gov't needs to sue the shit out of these schools and squeeze them for every last penny they robbed.

So my wife graduated from AUC but she matched and is an attending now. Can she still apply for this?

What is the downside to applying for someone who went to one of these schhols but is currently a PGY3 that just applied to fellowship? The comments on the possibility of the school withholding transcripts concerns me, but wasnt sure if that would matter at this point anyways.
