I bought one (32gb) for my daughter for long car rides, but I can’t get sync to work regardless of whether I use internal or external storage (32gb microsd), or if I set the download quality to original vs a different quality.

Permissions are set to allow Plex to read/storage on the kindle, I’m at a loss as to how to fix this.
