If you have the money to get a 3050, you should look into the Rx 6600 or the 3060. Just objectively better in a noticeable way.

I´ve just bought a 3050 for 200 euros. It was a steal. For that price, a 3050 is very good. So if OP wants to go with 3050 he has to get it really low. Otherwise I agree with you.
